1. GENERAL TERMS & AGREEMENT

Who We Are Welcome to Fashion Nicole. This website is owned and operated by Wealth King Capital LLC. Throughout these Terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Fashion Nicole and Wealth King Capital LLC. By accessing our site or purchasing items, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Scope & Applicability These terms govern all offers, contracts, and orders between the Customer (you) and Fashion Nicole.

  • Definitions: "Customer" implies any individual purchasing for personal use. "Distance Contract" refers to orders placed via our online store.

  • Updates: We may update these terms at any time. Please review this page periodically. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Electronic Communication By using our services, you consent to receive communications (such as order confirmations and policy updates) electronically.

2. PRICING & CAMPAIGNS (PRICE DROP)

Pricing Policy We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue services without prior notice. Prices are final purchase prices; however, Sales Tax may be calculated and collected at checkout based on your state’s specific nexus laws.

THE TRANSPARENT PRICE DROP SALE We utilize a direct-to-consumer model to eliminate retail markups.

  • The Concept: By shipping directly from the manufacturer and cutting out middlemen and local warehousing, we offer significantly lower prices.

  • Validity: The current Price Drop Sale is valid until February 28 or while stocks last.

  • Stock: Fashion Nicole reserves the right to end promotions early if inventory runs out ("Gone = Gone").

Product Accuracy We strive for accuracy, but we do not warrant that product descriptions or pricing are error-free. We are not bound by manifest errors (e.g., obvious pricing glitches). Colors on your screen may differ slightly from the actual product.

3. ORDERING & LOGISTICS

Contract Formation A contract is formed when you accept an offer and meet the conditions (checkout). We will confirm receipt via email immediately.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY (IMPORTANT) Transparency is key to our business model.

  • Origin: To maintain our competitive pricing, all products are shipped directly from our logistics partners in China.

  • Timeline: Please allow an average delivery time of 6 to 12 working days after processing.

  • Delay Protocol: If an order is delayed beyond reason or cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you within 30 days. In such cases, you have the right to cancel and receive a full refund.

Tax Compliance We comply with all tax regulations, including Economic Nexus laws in the US. Payment providers may record transaction data for anti-fraud compliance (CESOP/local regulations).

4. RETURNS & REFUNDS

30-Day Policy We offer a 30-day return window, starting from the day you receive your item.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

  • You may inspect the item as you would in a store, but strictly not use it.

The Process

  1. Notify: Email support@fashionnicole.com within 30 days.

  2. Ship: Return the item within 14 days of approval. Note: Returns must be sent to our central warehouse in China.

  3. Refund: Once inspected, we will refund the original purchase price within 14 days to your original payment method.

Costs & Exclusions

  • Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods (shipping to China), unless the item is defective or we made an error.

  • Non-Returnable: Custom items, perishables, and hygiene products (underwear, swimwear, lingerie, beauty) if the seal is broken.

5. WARRANTY & COMPLAINTS

Quality Guarantee We guarantee our products meet the reasonable requirements of reliability and usability.

  • Defects: You must report any defects or wrong items within 30 days of delivery.

Complaints Handling

  • Reporting: Submit complaints clearly via email within 7 days of discovering the issue.

  • Response: We aim to respond within 14 days. If more time is needed, we will notify you.

6. LEGAL & LIABILITY

Errors & Omissions We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions regarding pricing and availability at any time without prior notice (including after an order is submitted).

Privacy Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service and any separate agreements are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
