De inhoud is exact hetzelfde (30 dagen, retour naar China, specifieke adresgegevens van Isabella, Wealth King Capital LLC), maar de layout is aangepast naar een overzichtelijke, stapsgewijze gids die verschilt van de vorige versie.

At Fashion Nicole, we strive for perfection in every order. However, we understand that sometimes an item might not be the perfect fit. Below you will find our straightforward guide to returns and resolving any issues.


1. RETURN WINDOW & CONDITIONS

You are entitled to request a return within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.

Eligibility Checklist:

  • The item must be unused and unwashed.

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • The item must be in the same condition as received.


2. HOW TO RETURN (THE PROCESS)

Please Note: Returns sent without prior registration cannot be processed.

Phase 1: Registration Send an email to support@fashionnicole.com with the following details:

  1. Your Full Name & Order Number.

  2. The Item Name you wish to return.

  3. The Reason for the return (e.g., size too small, change of mind).

Phase 2: Approval Our support team will review your request. Wait for our email approval and final instructions before shipping anything.

Phase 3: Shipment Ship the package to the address provided below.

CRITICAL: You must email us the Tracking Number of your return shipment. Without this, we cannot track your return or process your refund.

Once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund (minus original shipping costs) will be processed to your original payment method.

Please be aware that our central warehouse is located in China. All returns must be shipped to this location. Ensure the details below are written clearly on the parcel to avoid customs delays.

4. DAMAGES & INCORRECT ITEMS

If you received a damaged or wrong item, we sincerely apologize. Please follow the specific instructions below:

  • Defective / Damaged Product: Email us immediately with your Order Number, a description of the fault, and clear photos of the defect.

  • Wrong Item Received: Email us with your Order Number and a photo of the item you received versus what you ordered.

  • Shipping Damage (Box Damaged): Take a photo of the damaged outer packaging BEFORE opening it. Send this to us within 7 days of delivery.

Note: Always wait for written confirmation from our team before discarding or returning a damaged item.


5. COST RESPONSIBILITY & EXCHANGES

Who covers the return shipping costs?

  • Fashion Nicole Pays: If the return is due to our error (e.g., faulty, damaged, or incorrect product sent).

  • The Customer Pays: If the return is due to personal preference (e.g., wrong size ordered, item no longer wanted). Costs depend on the courier you choose.

Exchange Policy We do not offer direct exchanges. To get the correct item quickly:

  1. Return the unwanted item for a refund following the steps above.

  2. Place a brand new order for the correct size or color immediately.
