At Fashion Nicole, we are dedicated to getting your new wardrobe essentials to you as quickly and securely as possible. Below is a breakdown of our shipping process and policies.


🚚 ORDER TIMELINE

Your delivery experience consists of two phases: Preparation and Transit.

1. Processing Phase (1 - 3 Days) Before your order leaves our warehouse, we need 1 to 3 business days to pick, verify, and pack your items (excluding weekends and holidays).

2. Shipping Phase (6 - 10 Days) Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. Our standard estimated transit times are as follows:

  • 🇺🇸 United States: 6 - 10 Business Days

  • 🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 6 - 10 Business Days

  • 🇨🇦 Canada: 6 - 10 Business Days

  • 🇦🇺 Australia: 6 - 10 Business Days

  • 🇳🇿 New Zealand: 6 - 10 Business Days

  • 🇪🇺 Europe (EU): 6 - 10 Business Days

Please note: External factors and local courier services may occasionally cause slight variations in these times.


⏳ THE 12-HOUR RULE (Changes & Cancellations)

We utilize an automated fulfillment system to speed up delivery. This means we have a very short window for adjustments.

  • Within 12 Hours: You may request to cancel your order or update details (address, size, quantity). Please email us immediately.

  • After 12 Hours: The order is locked in for processing and can no longer be modified or cancelled.

🌍 CUSTOMS & DUTIES

We ship internationally to all the regions listed above.

  • Taxes: Please be aware that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are governed by your local regulations.

  • Responsibility: These potential charges are outside of our control and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Delays: While rare, customs clearance procedures can sometimes cause minor delays.


🆘 RESOLVING DELIVERY ISSUES

We hope everything arrives in perfect condition. If not, here is our protocol:

Option A: Damaged or Missing Items If your order is incomplete or damaged, you must report it within 7 days of delivery. Late claims cannot be compensated.

  • Required: Email us your Order Number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged item or packing slip.

  • Disclaimer: We do not offer refunds if only the outer box is damaged but the product inside is intact.

Option B: Marked "Delivered" but Not Received If your tracking shows delivered, but you don't have the package:

  1. Contact Carrier: Open an investigation with the shipping carrier immediately.

  2. Contact Us: Once the carrier confirms the package is lost, forward their official confirmation to us.

  3. Deadline: This must be reported to us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
